This has a central tubular core case which is filled with an 85% goose feather and 15% goose down mixture, this is surrounded under the outside case made of 100% Egyptian cotton twill with a thread count of 230 by 90% pure goose down, thus giving real softness at the point  of contact and yet 'body' which comes from the central core mixture.
